Follow the instructions provided with Adobe Acrobat Reader to start the application on your system. After you start Acrobat Reader, simply open the PDF file for the chapter you wish to view. You may then view, navigate, or print the document.

If your browser is configured to do so, you may open the PDF file in Acrobat Reader simply by clicking on the PDF filename in the online help page (refer to section
